James Pendleton is delighted to announce the creation of its new International Desk by the incoming highly experienced consultant Urosh Teodorovich. The International Desk will specialise in transactions and services for customers based in or originating from Hong Kong, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and other overseas territories, with a focus initially on London property

Urosh Teodorovich joins James Pendleton with over 8 years of detailed knowledge in the property sector based in Hong Kong, with previous roles including managing the APAC property division of the Quintessentially Group and being Head of Business Development for the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in Hong Kong. Urosh will be bringing this invaluable understanding of buyer preferences, cultural practices, and of how to provide a truly white glove, bespoke service to the new James Pendleton International Desk, offering customers a seamless connection globally.

With this new offering, customers based internationally or conducting cross-border business will receive advice and services which are tailored to their globalised requirements.
